Sandy Fahed: Since you piloted this initiative, how did you experience teachers and Ed stakeholders’ engagement? As older people and more experienced ones tend to be less flexible in terms of learning and development.

Hello TJ! These are very valid questions! Here are my answers:
*Our main operations relay on coordination, facilitation, content creation and mapping solutions. So, it is all what you have listed. Adding to this, our main aim is to get teachers out of their schools structures to be “position-free” and put LEARNING at the center of their experiences. I mentioned that these spaces will be curated up in public spaces. To add, our main aim is to not only have educators from schools but also other education ecosystem players. I will share a success story for you to have an idea. A teacher from a rural area wants to incorporate tech in her school but she don’t have good connections nor computers, this concern was raised during WONDERLAND, where educators wonder about their needs.
What we did is that we networked her with THAKI (an NGO that gives laptops for free to rural areas and TABSHORA who offer laptops for free too!). Our next step to support this teacher is to have better Professional Development opportunities through a 2 months program…*
As for the self efficacy, a study by OECD showed that increasing professional collaboration for teachers has direct effects on their self-efficacy, please check the below graph!
As for the students outcomes, during the third phase < DEEPDIVE LAND>, we will map outcome chains through our developed model to reach students outcomes.

Based on our community values, diversity and inclusiveness is at the heart of our model. We aim to have schools and teachers from private, semi-private, public and UNRWA schools. Our aim is to curate these communities in public spaces to be inclusive as much as possible. Our aim is to launch these communities in different regions in Lebanon so that these communities inform each other.
We believe teachers are the ones who can most enable/hinder students’ learning and outcomes. Thus, our approach focuses on teachers.
We don’t have an agenda for the training content. We are driven by a human-centric approach which starts by empathizing with current challenges found in schools. More about the learning journey below:
As for online and offline learning, a study showed that 80% of teachers in public and private schools need assistance in ICT. Thus, our model is to have the first 2 phases in person and during DeepDiveLand we will move online on our platform. We need to ensure we are having the minimum resistance from teachers and we don’t want to overwhelm them with that during the beginning. Also, we need to develop this platform!

Deep and transformative learning only happens through Inspiration! As for the Garden, most of our work making learning outside classrooms walls! Teachers and students need a break from these closed spaces! WEF has also showed in many studies the importance of open spaces and how the world is changing to be more collaborative! We need to prepare our students and teachers for the collaborative world of tomorrow!
Yes Sandy! It is very exciting to see many educators and education eco system players who are eager to learn and share! We had many of 40s+ teachers who embrace a lifelong learning mindset. That was so inspiring! Check the below pics!

Following on your question,
We are targeting all teachers who really want to learn and want to make a change regardless of their age! 
Based on our market research, we viewed that there are two main customer personas:
1) Teachers who are new to the profession : They are new either enrolled in a school or they have not enrolled yet.
2) Teachers between 30 and 45 where they feel they have experience to share and want to do a change but there are no enough resources, tools, network to do so.
We have viewed that many 45+ years old teachers are intellectually stagnated. Though, we can not generalize! Many old teachers still have a learning mindset.
